Simon White
Simon’s professional career began early with the starting of his first business at age 17 in the personal fitness industry. From there he became involved in Government as a Federal Police Officer, where he was also chosen to attend the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, USA, on a training exchange program.
After leaving the AFP he worked as a strategic security consultant overseas, including Papua New Guinea, Africa and Malaysia and, as a personal bodyguard to performers and VIPs.
In his roles within the charity and non-profit sectors he has been able to assist in the professionalisation of NGOs while maintaining sound values and services to specific and wider community groups. Within these roles he has worked with, and alongside, Local, State, Federal Governments and other overseas Governments; small, medium, large and international private enterprise; key philanthropic bodies; and indigenous and multi-cultural groups.
He has managed stakeholders and staff across local, regional, state, cultural and international boundaries.
One of Simon’s key areas of expertise includes his ability to strategically plan and implement a number of diversified strategies at a conceptual and macro level.
Simon is a fast paced manager who attends to all matters with an eager and energetic manner. As a leader he creates a calm and relaxed working environment for staff and internal stakeholders, while ensuring that project KPIs and timelines are met.
His consultancy experience encompasses board advice, business matchmaking, high-end relationship development, event management and change management.
